RETURN POLICY

 

  • There are NO REFUNDS on items purchased at DeCreed. All items are FINAL SALE!!!
  • Once orders are placed, NO CHANGES or CANCELLATIONS can be made. 

  • All SALE items are FINAL SALE and can’t not be RETURNED or EXCHANGED!!! 

  • We offer EXCHANGE OF SIZE ONLY!! Item must be in the original packaging, with tags and unworn.

  • DeCreed does not cover shipping cost when a exchange is in place.
  • If for any reasons a return is requested, is at fault by DeCreed, we will handle all shipping and handling costs.
  • If for any reasons the return is at fault by DeCreed, the item(s) eligible for a return must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with all tags still on garment. No additional creams, lotions or oils can touch the garment- damaging the fabric or changing the smell of the garment.
